‘What to Expect’

Welcome!

Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing experience while here with us. If you have young children, we’d appreciate it if you would find childcare for them so you and our other guests may relax and enjoy our treatments. Please turn your cell phones and pagers down or off.

Reservation Policy

We are primarily by appointment only. We welcome walk-ins and will accommodate you if we can, but making a reservation will assure you have the time and day that works for you! For spa services over $200, we require a credit card guarantee for the amount of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your busy lives, and know that things come up to change your plans. We require 24 hour notice of a cancellation. For less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total service(s) you have missed, so that we may compensate our technicians for their time. If we are able to fill that time, you will not be charged at all.

What to Wear

Our goal is to ensure your comfort. A frequently asked question is what to wear for your spa treatment. Our services don’t require clothing. However, you may choose to wear undergarments or a swimsuit. This is fine. Your relaxation and comfort is our first priority.

Gift Certificates

We have certificates available for that unique gift idea. Come in to purchase one, or order over the phone and we’ll send it out for you!

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our services or packages. If you wish, you may add them.
